As some of you know, it is important to take regular exercise, particularly in later life when the joints are prone to seize up. I believe in taking a proactive role in my family's well-being and leading by example.
Ok people, let's work!
Not only does a brisk walk keep you trim, it gets the circulation moving, gives you plenty of fresh air and puts colour in your cheeks!
